How to use the Project timer and Quick menu for macOS?
DeskTime offers you 2 options to help you organize the necessary projects and tasks on your Project Timer and allow you to switch from one to another in one click. You can choose from your selected or recently tracked projects for an easier and quicker switch.
1. Custom Projects are a selection of your chosen projects and tasks that have been manually added to the quick menu:
Any project and task can be added to this list and the previous removed if needed. Make sure you have the Custom Projects option enabled and when tracking any new project you can click on "Add to quick access menu" to save the project:
2. Recent Projects option shows you a list of your recently tracked projects and tasks. Here, also, you can choose the number of projects that will be shown in the list on your Projects Timer - 3, 5, 8, 12, 15, and 20 of the last tracked ones:
