How does DeskTime pricing work?
Pricing is determined by the number of employees using the time tracking software. For newly registered users DeskTime offers per-user pricing – that means you pay a set amount of $7 per user per month. See the pricing calculator for regular pricing, but keep in mind that the discount you could apply to your account using the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal means you use the Pro plan prices, but get the Premium features!
How to use the discount code?
This discount applies to all newly registered DeskTime accounts. After signing up for the deal, you will get a discount code via email. Create a DeskTime account and head to Settings → Billing. You will be asked to provide your billing details and a payment method of your choice. Then click on “Have a promo code?”, enter the discount code and click on “Apply”. Your account will be charged automatically on the first date of the month during each billing cycle. Read more
How long is the discount code valid?
The discount code will be valid until 4 December 2023. The 3-month promo code will be applied to the first 3 months of your DeskTime subscription. The 12-month promo code will be applied to the first year of your DeskTime subscription. Please note that discounts do not add up. Don't miss out on the promotion!
What plans can the coupon be used for?
The discount will be applied to the Premium plan, and will not be valid if you choose to upgrade or downgrade to other plans.
Do I have to pay the whole amount at once?
If you opt for the 3-month subscription you can pay for each month separately. If, however, you sign up for the annual plan, you will be billed only once. Please note that DeskTime is a pre-paid service and is non-refundable.
