The employee productivity dashboard shows an overview of the team's performance on a given day – the overall productivity, the most productive and unproductive employees, the apps and websites used throughout the day, employees who are late and absent, and more. You can also filter the data by teams to see each team's performance that day.
The DeskTime dashboard shows the team's productivity and effectiveness for a given day. You can see the entire company's productivity pattern and filter the data by teams to see how each of them has been performing. The time tracking dashboard also lists the most productive and effective employees of the day and highlights those who have spent the most time on unproductive apps and websites. Additionally, the team productivity dashboard will display screenshots of employees who had an unproductive app open or in the background when the screenshot was taken.
DeskTime looks at productivity by measuring how much time is spent on work-related apps and websites (productive) and distracting sites (unproductive). The time spent on productive apps and URLs is divided by the total time spent at work that day, expressing the result as a productivity percentage. As a manager, you can then use this data to notice productivity trends, establishing a baseline – this way, you'll be able to spot deviations from the regular pattern of things and address any potential issues in a timely manner.
The easiest way for employers to track daily productivity is to use a time tracking app like DeskTime, which also measures everyone's productivity.
