Most of the people who work in the office forget to take breaks and relax their mind. Working non stop with computer is not healthy to your eyes and back. You need to take breaks to stretch out and relax your eyes. Also study finds by taking regular breaks makes you more productive - http://blog.desktime.com/2014/08/20/the-secret-of-the-10-most-productive-people-breaking/ I offer to add a pop-up that will remind you to take a break every hour.

With the latest update of DeskTime application we have added this feature. By default it's disabled but everyone can enable and choose time period to get reminders to take a break. To enable: click on app icon, choose Reminder to take break and choose time interval you want to receive reminders.

Notification pop ups should be there for everything because it works as an alert for the employee and Admin.

Great Idea. Perhaps allow for custom work/break settings. See for example https://www.themuse.com/advice/the-rule-of-52-and-17-its-random-but-it-ups-your-productivity

I learnt about DeskTime from a similar article.

Got ideas?
