Long before flexible work became a global trend, Draugiem Group, a Latvia-based business incubator, was already embracing it way back in 2011.
Some team members were early risers, while others found their flow later in the day. Everyone worked hard, but not at the same time. One question kept coming up: How could we ensure everyone was getting a full day of work?
Rigid schedules weren’t the answer. We wanted flexibility with clarity. And that’s how DeskTime was born.
Users trust us
Hours tracked
Bootstrapped, no investors
Trust, curiosity and boldness drive everything we do. Here’s how our values show up daily.
We trust each other to manage our time. At DeskTime, everyone can start their workday anytime between 7 and 11.
We’re built on experiments. Testing the unknown led us to one of our best ideas yet: a shortened 35-hour workweek that challenges the usual 40.
DeskTime values those who take the lead. We foster initiative by supporting our team in exploring new approaches, like workations.
Hear from our CEO, Artis Rozentāls, about how DeskTime helps teams thrive.
“At DeskTime, our mission is to improve workplaces by empowering transparency. When teams can see what’s happening, trust grows, collaboration thrives, and people can do their best work. We’re here to help teams work openly, celebrate wins, and create environments where everyone can shine.”
Forget manual entries and distractions. With DeskTime, time tracking runs on autopilot—zero effort needed.
