How can I subscribe?

To subscribe for DeskTime, please provide us with your billing details- card, or Paypal. Your card/ Paypal will be charged automatically on each billing cycle- the first date of the month. You can set your default payment method in Settings-> Billing.

How much does DeskTIme cost?

DeskTime is free to try for 14 days and for DeskTime Lite users.

DeskTime Unlimited plan pricing is calculated based on the user count.

What are the available payment methods?

We use credit cards, paypal and invoices. Your billing settings can be managed in Settings -> Billing

I can't select the user count I want

If your user count falls in between two of the steps, you can either round up or disable DeskTime for users that it's not crucial to.
